PIF have some big plans for Alexander Isak even if he leaves Newcastle United this summer.

Isak has asked to leave Newcastle, having grown frustrated with life at the club of late.

The striker reportedly wanted the Newcastle United owners to show more ambition at the club, while Isak was disappointed he didn’t get a new contract in 2024

Now, the forward is looking to leave St James’ Park. Liverpool are interested in a move but it remains to be seen if they can afford to buy the forward this summer.

PIF, however, could actually end up paying Isak a huge amount of money to leave Newcastle United

Al-Hilal offer Alexander Isak £600k-per-week

According to The Guardian, Isak has been offered a stunning pay packet to join Al-Hilal this summer.

They are also owned by PIF, who bought a controlling stake in Newcastle from Mike Ashley in October 2021.

It’s claimed that the Saudi Arabian side have told Isak he can earn £600k-per-week in a tax-free deal that also includes lucrative bonuses on top.

Al-Hilal, who appointed former Inter coach Simone Inzaghi earlier this summer, want to make a statement signing after reaching the FIFA Club World Cup quarter-finals.

The report adds that Liverpool would not be able to match those personal terms.

How Alexander Isak feels about joining Al-Hilal this summer

It’s easy to reject money on someone else’s behalf.

It would be a shame to see one of world football’s best strikers leave in his prime to join a team playing in the developing Saudi Arabian league, but the riches on offer must surely be tempting.

Isak wants £300k-per-week from his next contract, and the Al-Hilal offer would double that.

Still, Isak does not want to move to Saudi Arabia at this stage of his career and is keen to remain in one of Europe’s elite divisions.
