Bruno Guimaraes and Joelinton are fan favourites, dazzling supporters with their Samba inspired performances.

Home and away, Newcastle fans are celebrating with Brazil flags, making the South American duo feel at home at Newcastle.

But could more players from Brazil follow Bruno and Joelinton to St James’ Park this summer?

Here are 8 Brazilian players Newcastle could sign…

Lucas Paqueta

The obvious choice is the signing most Toon fans want to see – Lucas Paqueta.

He’s best mates with Bruno, and was the subject of interest from Newcastle in January. A £34million bid was rejected then, and it will reportedly cost £58million to sign him this summer.

Gleison Bremer

Newcastle are going to be in the market for a centre-back once again this summer. Gleison Bremer was a target in January, but the Magpies brought in Dan Burn instead.

The 25-year-old has been linked with big clubs such as Liverpool and Inter, but perhaps the Samba stars already at SJP could tempt him to join Newcastle.

Renan Lodi

Newcastle are after a left-back this summer, although Matt Targett seems the most likely option.

However, one alternative is Renan Lodi. The 15-time Brazil international is a former teammate of Kieran Trippier, who might be able to put in a good word.

Two full-backs trained by Diego Simeone is a tantalising prospect. They could be a nightmare for opposition attackers.

Gabriel Jesus

This would be ambitious, but there have been reports that Gabriel Jesus could leave Manchester City this summer.

Another Brazilian striker Newcastle could look at is Gabriel Barbosa.
