Newcastle United fans think that Bruno Guimaraes has just dropped a very big hint about his new contract.
The 25-year-old has been in talks about signing a new deal with Newcastle, and it was reported late last month that an agreement had been reached.
Bruno is set to sign a contract extension that will keep him at St James’ Park until 2028 and make him the club’s best paid player ever.
He will reportedly earn more than £180,000-a-week with this new deal, while it will also include a release clause that is worth in excess of £100million.
That release clause will worry a lot of Toon fans, but the owners believe that the Brazilian will remain in black and white for a very long time.
Hopefully that is the case, as he suddenly looks back to his best. Bruno has been outstanding in recent weeks, notably after a contract agreement was reportedly reached.
All we are waiting for is official confirmation, and that might suddenly not be too far away.

Following Newcastle’s 2-0 win against Burnley at the weekend, the club posted a picture of Bruno to their official X (Twitter) account.
The photo then prompted a reply from the man himself, who responded with a series of emojis. Bruno posted some eyes, black and white hearts and a Brazil flag.
It was all very cryptic from Bruno, and a lot of Newcastle fans think that it means a contract extension announcement is on the horizon.

Toon fans have taken to Twitter to respond to Bruno’s cryptic message, and they all think that it means an announcement regarding his new deal is on the way – much to their delight.
“Looks like we are on the verge of seeing the confirmation of Bruno’s new contract,” one fan wrote.
A second added: “Announcement imminent.”
A third Newcastle supporter commented: “This looks quite orchestrated. I’d imagine an announcement of the new NUFC contract can’t be far off.
“It’s happening,” wrote a fourth Toon supporter.
“Think the announcement is coming you know. If we beat PSG they’ll defo do it after. I reckon he’s signed it and they’ve got all the content/images at the ready. Just picking the best time,” another fan wrote.
Finally, a sixth added: “Announce the contract you beautiful man.”
