Newcastle United are set to announce another departure after Alexander Isak in the final moments of the summer transfer window.
With Yoane Wissa’s medical completed, the Magpies’ incoming transfer business is just about done. However, several players could still leave the club before the transfer window slams shut at 7pm on Monday.
Alexander Isak is set to be announced as a Liverpool player after Newcastle United accepted a £130m approach from the Premier League Champions.
The 25-year-old has completed his medical and it is now just a case of the deal being confirmed by the club. Elsewhere, Newcastle could sanction the permanent transfer of William Osula. Reports earlier on deadline day stated that Eintracht Frankfurt submitted a £30m bid for Osula, but there has been no word on whether a deal has been agreed.
Now, it has been confirmed that another Newcastle player has left the club on loan to give them more time to develop.

Trevan Sanusi leaves Newcastle United on loan
For weeks, there have been talks of what was going to happen with Trevan Sanusi after making his professional debut in the FA Cup earlier this year.
Sanusi was part of Eddie Howe’s first-team training in pre-season before returning to the U21s for the start of their Premier League 2 campaign.
Reports surfaced before deadline day saying Sanusi could leave Newcastle on loan, with clubs in Ligue 1 interested. It has now been confirmed by Ben Jacobs that the 18-year-old has joined Lorient on a season-long loan deal.
There was some initial fear late last week that the young winger had sustained an injury during a U21s game just before deadline day. Sanusi limped off hurt against Birmingham, his former club, but the problem is not as serious as it first seemed.

Travis Hernes set for FC Groningen loan move
Newcastle are now in a position where they are happy to send these talented young players out on loan. The likes of Antonio Cordero have been loaned out soon after signing to get more experience in Europe.
It is now the same case for Sanusi, who will spend a year in France before they are reassessed in 2026.
Meanwhile, Newcastle have also approved a loan move for 19-year-old midfielder Travis Hernes, who is set to move to Eredivisie side FC Groningen.
Hernes took part in Newcastle’s pre-season games, but was then nowhere to be seen for the two fixtures at St James’ Park in August.
It is a big step up for Hernes following his loan move to Aalborg FC in January, but one he should be able to handle.
