Newcastle have apparently been joined in the hunt for Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher.
According to The Athletic, Leeds are now expressing an interest in the 21-year-old.

Leeds were in the market for a central midfielder last summer but the move for Michael Cuisance fell apart at the last minute.
They’ve since lost Pablo Hernandez so the interest in bolstering the engine room makes sense – with the report claiming it is now Leeds’ top priority.
The report says Leeds have made a loan approach for the Chelsea man and have been tracking him throughout the summer.
It was reported earlier this week that Newcastle are keen on Gallagher and are in talks themselves.

Gallagher a wanted man
Gallagher may well be the subject of quite some speculation this summer.
The report names Crystal Palace as another club who are seriously interested in a loan swoop.
Newcastle have a fight on their hands if they are to land him.
Chelsea apparently won’t consider permanent bids but are happy to loan him Gallagher out again.
Newcastle are still hanging on to see if they can get Joe Willock. That might see them slip behind if another club really sells it to Gallagher – but time will tell.
