Alexander Isak cannot stop scoring for Newcastle United right now.
The 25-year-old was at it again on Tuesday night, as Newcastle United beat Arsenal 2-0 away from home to take control of the Carabao Cup semi-final.
Alexander Isak scored the first goal of the game, lifting a smart finish over David Raya to give the Magpies a surprising lead.
Newcastleβs most expensive signing ever continued his hot streak in front of goal, with Isak now boasting 15 goals in all competitions this season. 14 of those goals have come in his last 15 games, which is an outstanding achievement.
While Dan Burn might be Newcastleβs player of the season, there is no Toon player in better form than Isak right now.

Emil Krafth made an Alexander Isak prediction in August
He is on track for another 20+ goal season, after he scored 25 goals in all competitions last season.
In fact, there is still a chance he could reach the target that Emil Krafth set for him at the beginning of the campaign.
Back in August, Krafth spoke to Sky Sports about what he expected from his fellow Swede this season.
ββI expect him to get at least 25 this season,β he said.
βIn fact, he got 25 last season, didnβt he? Then I think heβll get 30!β
How many more Newcastle games Isak could play this season
So far this season, Isak has played 22 games and scored 15 goals. He is averaging around two goals every three games.
The forward is 10 goals away from matching his tally from the 2023/24 campaign, and Krafth thinks he can do even better by hitting the 30-goal milestone. That is something that Isak has never done in his career.
Based on his current form, it is certainly achievable. However, it will be very difficult.
In total, Newcastle United could play 26 more games in total this season. However, that is only if the Magpies reach the final of the Carabao Cup and the FA Cup. And even if they did, there are no guarantees that Isak will play in every game.
It is going to be tough for Isak to hit 30 goals. He basically needs to replicate what he did in the first half of the season.
In truth, his slow start might be what costs him.
