Newcastle United fans are preparing for a special night against Paris Saint-Germain, while Kieran Trippier is preparing to win.
The Magpies face PSG in the Champions League very soon, in what will be Newcastle’s first home game in the competition for 20 years.
The atmosphere inside the ground is going to be incredible, aided by a pre-match display from Wor Flags that will be absolutely outstanding.
Toon fans are incredibly excited for this game, as they prepare to watch their team in Europe’s grandest competition against a club the size of PSG.
It is amazing when you consider where Newcastle were a couple of years ago, but the reality is that we are here on merit and will be looking to pick up three points.

Kieran Trippier thinks Newcastle can win against PSG tonight
That is the view of Kieran Trippier, who has spoke to TNT Sports before the game against PSG.
He was asked what would be considered as a good result versus Luis Enrique’s side, and the Toon defender was fairly defiant with his response.
“A win,” he said.
“On our day, when we’re playing our best football, we can beat anyone, so we shouldn’t be looking at a draw. It should be a win.”
Newcastle must believe they can succeed in the Champions League
Trippier is spot on. We have proven that we can be a match for anyone when we are at our best.

That is even more true when we play at St James’ Park, where Newcastle have been outstanding ever since Eddie Howe became manager.
Newcastle are backing themselves to be victorious against PSG. While we ended up playing for a draw against AC Milan at the San Siro, that will not be the case tonight.
The Toon players will be roared on by a raucous crowd, and Trippier has faith that he and his teammates are capable of rising to the occasion, despite the elite opposition.
Howe always vows that we are here to compete, and that is exactly what we will do against PSG.
