Newcastle United full-back DeAndre Yedlin is currently unavailable for selection by Steve Bruce because of a visa problem.
The USA international was nowhere to be seen as the team lost 2-0 to Aston Villa last night, and he was also absent against Arsenal on Monday.

Some have wondered where Yedlin is as, amid the struggles of the team, he has been one of the better performers in recent weeks.
According to the Northern Echo, complications with the player’s visa means he can’t play at the moment.
On when he will become available again, Bruce said: “I’m not sure quite how quickly it will be resolved, but there’s certainly an issue there. We’ll let you know when he’s available.”
The Shields Gazette add that the problem is ‘administrative’ and it is understood to concern his work permit.

The situation will be an annoyance for Yedlin, who has already spoken of his frustration about the lack of communication from the club about his immediate future.
As things currently stand, Yedlin will be able to leave the club this summer.
It was recently reported that the player was mulling over a serious offer from an unnamed MLS side.
Another frustration for fans
It just seems to be one thing after another.

Yedlin has been enjoying a decent run in the starting XI of late, and now all of a sudden he can longer feature.
Hopefully this issue can be resolved as soon as possible, as £30,000-a-week star Yedlin (Spotrac) needs to be part of the starting XI over Emil Krafth and Javier Manquillo.
The 27-year-old’s pace and athleticism suggest he will have an easier time dealing with the speedy and tricky wingers of the Premier League.
