Newcastle United full-back DeAndre Yedlin is reported to have received a serious offer from an unnamed MLS team.
SBI Soccer report that the 62-cap USA international is the subject of interest from an Eastern Conference team that has tabled ‘a long-term guaranteed TAM offer’.

Yedline, SBI say, is currently considering that offer.
It comes at a time where Yedlin has actually been one of Newcastle’s better performers in recent games.
The team have struggled for results, and collective performances haven’t been good, but fans have acknowledged the improvement shown by Yedlin.
He’s now started the last five games, and his form has certainly been a positive amid a very disappointing period.
Supposedly the Magpies are keen to hand Yedlin a new contract, but whether he will sign remains to be seen, with his current deal expiring in the summer.
Yedlin departure would be bittersweet
The star has been at St. James’ Park since the summer of 2016 after signing from Tottenham Hotspur, and has a big decision to make as he prepares to enter the prime years of his career at the age of 27.

He has proven he can be a capable Premier League full-back on his day, but has ultimately struggled to be consistent during his time at the club, showing defensive weakness at times.
Ironically he’s showing his best form for some time right now, and him leaving would be somewhat bittersweet.
