This Newcastle United team have enjoyed some incredible wins, but Tuesday night against Aston Villa was extra sweet.
Eddie Howe‘s side became the first team since Arsenal in February 2023 to beat Aston Villa at Villa Park, as they blew Unai Emery and co away.
Newcastle United were outstanding, and they were roared on by an incredible travelling support. The noises from the away end was spectacular, as the Toon fans sounded their appreciation for such a loveable team.
The players soaked it all up as they headed towards the dressing room, while Bruno Guimaraes was in for a surprise.
Just as he was about to head down the tunnel, he was given two boxes of Kinder chocolate by a spectator. In exchange, he gave them his shirt.
Bruno was clearly delighted, roaring his approval as he headed towards the dressing room with some sweet treats. It was a callback to the club’s Amazon Prime documentary, where it was revealed that the Brazilian loves Kinder chocolate.

Now Jason Tindall has been asked about Bruno’s gift ahead of the Luton game, and the assistant boss admitted that the midfielder did share the chocolate with his teammates after the game.
“It took a bit of persuading but he did,” Tindall joked.
“Players always give out their shirts to fans, so it was nice that one of them got something back in return.
“The lads enjoyed some Kinders after the game.”
Bruno deserved his gift after a great performance against Aston Villa
Three points and some Kinder chocolate – what a night for the lads! It does not get much better than that.
Bruno was more than deserving of the gift, having produced a brilliant display in the middle of the park against a strong Villa team.
The 26-year-old was incredibly disciplined, and that is something he must continue to do for the foreseeable future. That is because he is one booking away from a two-game ban, which would be a real blow given our current midfield issues.
But for now we still have Bruno in the middle, and he and his teammates are going to be fuelled by the power of Kinder chocolate!
