Newcastle United have a fresh injury problem ahead of their game against Fulham on Saturday.
The Magpies are looking to go top of the Premier League with a win at Craven Cottage, with Eddie Howe potentially making changes to his Newcastle United starting XI for the trip to the capital.
Fans are eager to see Sandro Tonali start after another impressive cameo against Wolves, while Harvey Barnes needs to start in attack following that stunning winner from distance.
The 26-year-old needs to join the forward line, with Alan Shearer stating that Newcastle’s best front three consists of Barnes, Alexander Isak and Anthony Gordon.
However, it remains to be seen if Eddie Howe will be able to deploy that trio against Fulham.
Alexander Isak suffered a facial injury against Wolves
Heading into the game at Craven Cottage, Alexander Isak has been an injury doubt.
He suffered a facial injury during the win over Wolves, having been struck in the face with the ball on the stroke of half time.
Following the incident, Howe stated that he hoped Isak’s injury was not serious.

Alexander Isak gives Newcastle a new injury problem
And that looks like it has been the case, with the Daily Mail reporting that the issue with his vision is not going to keep Isak out of Saturday’s clash with Fulham.
However, another problem might force him to miss the fixture.
The Daily Mail report that Isak has a toe injury and is subsequently a doubt for the game against Fulham.
They add that Newcastle will make a late call regarding the 24-year-old, who has scored once for the Magpies this season.
Ahead of the game against Fulham, Isak has not been spotted in Newcastle training.
What Newcastle will do if Isak is not available against Fulham
If Isak is not passed fit then Howe will need to pick a new striker.
He has two options, one of which is not Callum Wilson. The 32-year-old is still out of action with a back problem, and has not featured all season.
Will Osula would be a direct replacement. The 21-year-old striker joined from Sheffield United in the summer, but is yet to make his Newcastle debut. It feels unlikely that he will get the nod, with Osula yet to earn the trust of Howe.
Instead, the Daily Mail report that Anthony Gordon will likely play as a striker if Isak is unavailable for the game against Fulham.
The £40million attacker played centrally during the second half win over Wolves, having moved inside following Isak’s injury.
Gordon struggled to have the same kind of impact that he was having on the left, but he is certainly capable of playing as a striker.
In turn, that will mean that Barnes definitely comes into the side and plays on the left, with Jacob Murphy likely to operate down the right.
