Newcastle United travel to Brighton on Saturday as the Premier League returns.
Eddie Howe’s side signed off for the international break in good form after wins over Union Saint-Gilloise and Nottingham Forest in the Champions League and Premier League respectively.
It left Newcastle United 11th in the Premier League table and they will hope to climb even further now the team are fully settled after a dramatic summer transfer window.
Still, the Magpies have struggled away at Brighton over the years.
Indeed, they haven’t won there since both teams were promoted from the Championship in 2017.

Brighton vs Newcastle United is scheduled for a 3pm BST kick-off time on Saturday, 18 October, 2025.
The Amex Stadium in Falmer, near Brighton, will host the match.

Adam Webster, Solly March, Jack Hinshelwood, Diego Gomez and Kaoru Mitoma are all doubts for the Seagulls. Joel Veltman could return, however.
Yoane Wissa, Tino Livramento and Lewis Hall are all injured for Newcastle, while Howe may be tempted to rotate after much of his squad travelled around the world on international duty.

Jacob Ramsey is free from an ankle injury and there is a hope that Lewis Miley can feature after he pulled out of the England U21 squad with a minor calf injury.
