Newcastle United fans would love to sign Tyler Dibling during the January transfer window.
The Southampton winger is attracting a lot of attention, with Newcastle United interested in a player who they failed to sign when he was just 16-years-old.
Tyler Dibling is now excelling in the Premier League, with various other suitors signalling their intent.
Newcastle are predicted to bid for Dibling in 2025, with a move away from St Mary’s seemingly on the cards for a player who has massively stood out in a struggling Saints side.
Whether Newcastle United target Tyler Dibling will leave in January

However, that move will not happen in the January transfer window.
That is according to TBR Football’s chief correspondent Graeme Bailey, who has spoken to Geordie Boot Boys about Dibling’s immediate Southampton future.
“Dibling is emerging as one of the most wanted young players in England,” he said.
“Jurgen Klopp and RB Leipzig looked to try and get a jump on the Premier League clubs interested by making a move this month, but Southampton made it clear they are not looking for a deal this month.
“Newcastle are one of the sides who have been following Dibling for a long time, and they know he is moving in 2025 – he has told Southampton he is not signing a new deal.
“Newcastle, like his other Premier League suitors which include Manchester United and Tottenham, believe Dibling has a huge ceiling and could make a huge impact next season on whichever squad gets him.”
Paul Mitchell presented with Newcastle United challenge
With interest mounting in Dibling, it is going to be very difficult for Paul Mitchell to tempt the teenager to Tyneside.
It will depend on what Newcastle United can offer him. They might be able to give him the chance to play Champions League football next season, which is unlikely to be on offer at Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
But those clubs also have their appeals. Man United have a rich history and are considered one of the biggest clubs in the world, while Spurs have the lure of living in London.
Elsewhere, RB Leipzig have a brilliant reputation for enhancing young talent. They could give Dibling the platform to take his game to the next level.
But Newcastle United can also do that, with Eddie Howe proving to be a master at making players better.
With a move on hold until the summer, the Magpies have plenty of time to woo Dibling and prepare an offer that suits all parties. As Bailey says, they know that Dibling has a huge ceiling, and they will hope he can hit that ceiling in a black and white shirt alongside the likes of Alexander Isak and Anthony Gordon.
