Newcastle are prepared to let a host of players leave the club before the deadline, according to the Telegraph.
On their transfer liveblog at 12.29pm, it was claimed that Freddie Woodman, Matt Ritchie, Jeff Hendrick, Ciaran Clark, Dwight Gayle and Elliott Anderson are among the names being circulated around agents over exits.
Ritchie could return to his former club Bournemouth, although it is not clear whether this would be a permanent or loan exit.

Newcastle signed Ritchie for £10 million (BBC) in July 2016 and he has been asked to play in a variety of positions during his Magpies career.
Among them are left-back, but Newcastle are bringing Matt Targett in on loan from Aston Villa and he will presumably be first choice.
That frees up Ritchie for a potential last-ditch exit, and he could be going back from one end of the country to another.

Newcastle need to move players out or face leaving them out of their 25-man squad once the new arrivals are confirmed.
It remains to be seen who garners the interest among the players named in the report and there has been reported interest in most of them.
There is still plenty to be done at the 11th hour, and it presumably also remains to be seen whether Ritchie would move back down to the second tier.
