In a report from The Daily Mail revealing Newcastle’s interest in Peruvian Rodrigo Vilca, there is also a snippet regarding DeAndre Yedlin’s future.
The Daily Mail report that we would be willing to offload our right-back for a fee of around £5 million.
It also states that MLS clubs, as well as teams from Europe, are interested in landing the 62-cap USA international.

Yedlin joined us from Tottenham on a five-year deal in 2016, back when Rafa Benitez was at the helm.
The 27-year-old has made 116 appearances for the Magpies, scoring three goals and assisting a further 10.
While he has always been a reliable servant to us, it would be good for both parties to see him move on.
Yedlin has fallen behind Javier Manquillo in the pecking order under Steve Bruce, making just 10 Premier League starts last term. He must also compete with Emil Krafth for a place in the team.

His name was among a list of seven players who Bruce would like to ship out, as the Magpies boss attempts to trim his bloated squad. It will be sad to see a player go who has never complained and has always given his all for the Toon Army.
However, after the signings of Callum Wilson, Ryan Fraser, Jeff Hendrick, Jamal Lewis and Mark Gillespie, there will need to be some exits in order to keep the squad at a healthy size.
