Gazzetta Dello Sport claim that Paris Saint-Germain want to pay 70 million euros in a transfer fee and a 6 million euro annual salary for Leao.
That converts to £58.8 million to buy him and £5 million in wages, which is a serious offer for a promising young forward.
Newcastle could match those figures but of course it would be a major undertaking in Eddie Howe’s first summer in charge.
