Newcastle United will reportedly ramp up their efforts to sign Dusan Vlahovic in January.
The Sun have claimed that the Magpies will be in the hunt when Fiorentina start listening to offers for the striker.

Apparently, Newcastle scouts watched the 21-year-old in action for Serbia over the international break.
Vlahovic, 21, has enjoyed a tremendous start to the 2021/22 season so far.
He has already scored 10 goals in Serie A, after getting a brace yesterday in a 4-3 win over AC Milan.
And he has a further two in the Italy Cup.
With 12 in total, he has easily outscored Newcastle’s main attackers Callum Wilson (4) and Allan Saint-Maximin (3).
Vlahovic also scored in a friendly for Serbia against Qatar during the last international break.

Quite clearly he is a player with huge potential, so Newcastle would have a huge talent on their hands if they can beat off the competition to sign him.
Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur both supposedly admire the star.
There have been claims of a £70 million asking price, but The Sun dispute those.
Vlahovic would be a statement signing by Newcastle
Vlahovic looks like he is set to become one of the top strikers in football in the years to come.
He is a natural goalscorer, and has already scored 41 times for his club.
It is very understandable why he is so coveted.

It would be amazing if Newcastle managed to beat off the competition to sign him.
Newcastle have the financial might to do it, but it might come down to how well the new director of football – whoever that may be – can sell the project to the player.
Obviously the takeover is in its infancy, so convincing top players to join right now will be difficult.
