The major story in terms of outgoings at Newcastle United is a certain Allan Saint-Maximin.
Arguably the one big name not to have excelled since Eddie Howe started his Newcastle revolution, the Frenchman continues to be linked with a move away from the club.
Indeed, reports have suggested Saint-Maximin could even be sold to make room for the seemingly likely arrival of Harvey Barnes.

A move to Saudi Arabia has been mooted, while the likes of Everton and Crystal Palace are said to have registered their interest closer to home.
Still, the money on offer in the Saudi Pro League could prove tempting.
Allan Saint-Maximin could be offered eye-watering sum in Saudi Arabia
Indeed, the Sunday Mirror (page 72 on 9th July 2023) have offered some more insight.
They claim Saudi side Al-Ahli, who recently signed Edouard Mendy and Roberto Firmino, are willing to offer the 26-year-old some huge wages.
A contract worth an eye-watering £300k-per-week is reportedly on offer should Saint-Maximin want to leave European football.
When the former Nice winger – who joined the club a reported £16.5m in 2019 – signed a new contract in 2020, The Sun reported that he had doubled his previous wage of £36k-per-week.
That figure would therefore stand at £72k-per-week, meaning a move to the Middle East would see him more than treble his wages.

Must be tempting for Saint-Maximin
Not involved regularly at Newcastle and with Barnes reportedly set to arrive to further increase the competition for places, such an offer would be tempting.
While it would hardly offer as competitive football as the Premier League, the financial rewards are hard to ignore.
As one of Newcastle’s major sellable assets, perhaps the deal could work out for everyone.
With the club reportedly looking to sell players after signing Sandro Tonali, exploring the Saudi avenue for a player not in first-team contention would be a logical step.
