Eddie Howe has a real issue at the moment, and it is costing Newcastle United every week.
The Magpies have big problems with Dan Burn at left-back, as he endures a tough run of form. Despite this, Eddie Howe continues to include him in the Newcastle United starting XI.
Teams are now targeting the 31-year-old, and we saw Bournemouth do just that multiple times on Saturday. It led to their second goal of the game, with Antoine Semenyo isolating Burn before finding the net.
Howe appears to be reluctant to throw Tino Livramento back in the side and play him out of position, while Lewis Hall continues to be an afterthought.
It feels like Howe is going to keep persisting with Burn, although a chance to change things in defence could soon be on the horizon.

Newcastle defender Matt Targett nearly back from injury
That is because Matt Targett is almost back from injury. The £15million defender has been out of action since November, having underwent hamstring surgery after being forced off in the first minute of the Carabao Cup win over Manchester United.
But Howe stated on Friday last week that Targett is 10 days away from returning to training, which could give him the answer to his left-back problem.
Out of every player at Newcastle United right now, Targett is our most natural left-back. In fact, he has been majorly unlucky not to play more since becoming a permanent Magpie.
The former Aston Villa player has had a lot of injury problems, and when he has been fit Dan Burn has been excellent.
But the Geordie giant is struggling now, and Targett’s return to fitness could come at the perfect time.
He has the experience that Howe will want, while he is a natural left-footer, unlike Tino.
Targett’s return will provide food for thought for Howe, who is beginning to anger a lot of fans with his reluctance to take Burn out of the firing line.
