Manchester United are another club with injury woes after the hectic Christmas period, which has reportedly forced them to look for a new midfielder this month.

Newcastle valued Longstaff at £50 million last summer, which was enough to put Ole and co off a move. But they’re back again, despite a really disappointing start to the season.

He hasn’t been himself since his injury, and has actually been the less impressive Longstaff, with younger brother Matty scoring twice against Manchester United this season.

Fans at Old Trafford didn’t really want Sean in the summer, and it seems like they definitely don’t want him now.

Manchester United fans clearly don’t want to sign Longstaff
