Baller League rules
The Baller League is a six-a-side indoor football tournament that sees 12 squads of 12 compete in a league format, with the top four teams at the end of the season going into a final four play-off.
Squads are comprised of former Premier League stars, futsal players, semi-pros and social media stars, while a wide range of celebrities are in charge.
There are no corners in the games and a penalty will be awarded to the attacking side if the ball goes out behind off the opposition three times.
Games last 30 minutes, 15 minutes each way, with the real twist coming in the final three minutes of every half when a random new rule will be applied.
Labelled ‘gamechangers’, these could include goalkeepers not being allowed to use their hands, long-range goals counting as double or teams being cut to 3 vs 3.
