Sandro Tonali is going to experience something very special when he plays at St James’ Park for the first time.
The 23-year-old has visited his new home this week, after Newcastle United confirmed the signing of the Italian midfielder.
He has been on Tyneside this week, and has posed for pictures inside St James’ Park wearing the new Newcastle United home kit.
It is what Tonali will be wearing next season, but SJP will not be empty like it was when he was there on Thursday.
Instead, he will be met by a cauldron of noise. The atmosphere at home has been sensational since the change of ownership, and there have been plenty of special days and nights inside the cathedral on the hill.

That is largely down to the work of Wor Flags, who have produced beautiful display after beautiful display to help create a real buzz in the buildup to kickoff.
The fan-funded group have paid tribute to the past and the present, and now Tonali is set to be the star of his very own Wor Flags banner.
Wor Flags welcome Sandro Tonali to Newcastle
On Friday, the club released the latest picture of Tonali on Tyneside. This time the £55million man has posed next to Wor Flags’ latest effort. They produced the perfect welcome message for Newcastle’s latest signing, with a picture of Tonali featuring over the Tyne Bridge next to the words ‘Forza Tonali’.
It looks brilliant, and it will be great to see it in action inside St James’ Park next season. Tonali must love it, even if his face perhaps says otherwise. Then again, we have already discovered that he is not a massive smiler.
But as long as his football produces smiles in the stands, that is all that matters.

The display from Wor Flags will be massively appreciated by Tonali, and should make him feel very welcome in the North East. Our new signings always get incredible introductions from the fans, and it has to help them settle into life in their new surroundings.
Tonali is the new man in Toon, and he already has his own flag that will stand next to the ones that are waved for Bruno Guimaraes, Alexander Isak, Miguel Almiron and more.
