Newcastle United signed off for the international break in style at the City Ground, coming from behind to beat Nottingham Forest 3-1 to secure a third consecutive win across all competitions.
Eddie Howe’s side are not in action again until they host West Ham United at St James’ Park on Monday, November 25 and given the Magpies recent surge, the boss may feel the break has come at the wrong time.
The win over in-form Forest was enough to see Newcastle move up to eighth in what is a very condensed Premier League table, with the Magpies only one point behind third-place Chelsea.
As some of Newcastle’s key players jet off for international duty, everyone at the club will be hoping that they all return home safely from the final set of international fixtures of 2024. Here is a look at every Magpies player who is now away on international duty.

Gordon has played in three of England’s four post-Euro 2024 fixtures as he looks to nail down a regular place in the Three Lions starting XI.
Tino Livramento was also a late call-up on Monday, when he was promoted from the under-21s to the senior squad ahead of a number of expected withdrawals.
