Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to make his second Manchester United debut against Newcastle United next weekend.
Steve Bruce’s side have had a terrible start to the season, picking up just one point from a possible nine. On top of that, they had a disastrous transfer window with Joe Willock the only senior arrival.
Just when you thoughts things couldn’t get any worse for the Magpies…enter Cristiano Ronaldo.
Newcastle’s next game is away to Manchester United – a fixture we haven’t won since the halcyon days of Yohan Cabaye and his winner in 2013.
It is already a big ask to get a result at Old Trafford – now we have to contend with the emotional return of one of the best players on the planet.
Ronaldo’s comeback was confirmed on deadline day, and he is expected to feature against Newcastle next Saturday.

It’s a good job Bruce doesn’t have to pay to enter, otherwise Mike Ashley would tell him the club can’t afford it.
