With that in mind, here’s all you need to know about the latest Newcastle United team news ahead of the game.

Newcastle United team news vs Celtic

Almost all of the Newcastle United squad are in pre-season training. Tino Livramento, however, will likely sit out of the Celtic clash having returned to the club late after playing for England in their U21 European Championship win.

Elanga could make his Newcastle debut, while Lewis Hall is a doubt as he continues to recover from the ankle injury he sustained back in March.
