Newcastle United have reportedly joined the hunt for Celtic defender Jack Hendry.
According to the Daily Mirror, the 25-year-old is set to return to Parkhead this summer, following a successful loan stint with Belgian club Oostende.

Hendry struggled to get a look in at Celtic since his move there in 2018 from Dundee.
But following a horrible season for the Scottish giants, Hendry may be given a new lease of life, after impressing over in Belgium.
It’s explained that Newcastle are ‘monitoring’ the situation, along with other Premier League clubs such as Wolverhampton Wanderers and Burnley.
Oostende supposedly do have a £2 million option to buy the player though, which could potentially be quite significant for Celtic and the other interested clubs.
That said, the player would need to agree to turn the move permanent.
Newcastle should aim higher if PL survival is ensured
Hendry has undoubtedly turned his career round at Oostende.

But Newcastle can surely be a little more ambitious.
If the club retains its Premier League status for the 2021/22 season, then a centre-back who is currently playing in a top five league in Europe should be the priority.
Hendry has been impressing, but one would question whether he has the quality to play in the Premier League, having spent the past season in Belgium.
