Rafa Benitez has already upset a lot of Liverpool fans by becoming the new Everton manager – and now he risks irking the Newcastle United faithful.
The former Toon manager is reported to be keen on signing one of the best players at St. James’ Park.

According to The Sun, Allan Saint-Maximin will be a target for Benitez, if Richarlison is sold by the Toffees.
Apparently, Real Madrid are eyeing the Brazilian, with los Blancos now managed by Carlo Ancelotti of course.
Newcastle do not want to lose their talisman, and have placed a £60 million valuation on the French star.
Newcastle are in a strong position over Saint-Maximin after the player signed a six-year deal last year.

But Saint-Maximin has warned the club they must match his ambitions, so Everton may be encouraged by that if they do lose Richarlison.
The 24-year-old has proven himself to be a gamechanger since his arrival at the club in 2019.
Transfer interest in him is to be expected after a string of exciting displays in black and white.
ASM to Everton would be highly unlikely
Saint-Maximin surely wouldn’t go to Everton if it was decided he was going to move on.

The Toffees may come in with a big offer if they sold Richarlison. But Saint-Maximin would surely be looking to join a bigger club.
He has the quality to change games in an instant, and the potential to become special.
Ideally he’ll stay, but Mike Ashley cashing in cannot be ruled out.
