Newcastle United are one of several clubs to have made enquiries about Barcelona star Memphis Depay.
According to Super Deporte, the Magpies are looking at a potential swoop for the Netherlands international, who has struggled for starts at the Nou Camp of late.

Depay picked up an injury around mid-December, and then had another issue at the end of January.
His injury problems have meant he’s not started a La Liga match this calendar year.
Currently, there is a lot of competition for the attacking positions at the Nou Camp.
The club brought in Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Ferran Torres and Adama Traore in January. And Ousmane Dembele has enjoyed a fantastic renaissance over the past couple of months.
Depay’s future at the club is therefore in question.

Newcastle are said to be keen on the 28-year-old, but the Magpies could face competition from Everton and Arsenal. Both of those clubs have also enquired.
The Gunners lost Aubameyang, and Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah are both out of contract this summer.
Memphis Depay would make for an exciting signing by Newcastle
It would be very interesting to see Newcastle moving for Depay this summer.
It’s clear he is not particularly in favour with Barca manager Xavi.
Depay has scored 10 goals in 30 games this term which is nothing to shout home about. But he really wowed at Lyon before his move to Spain, and Depay could be a decent addition.
He’s quick and can finish clinically.
Former Magpie Gini Wijnaldum certainly rates him. He said of his Netherlands teammate back in October (via FIFA): “Memphis is a great player. I think the team is doing so well because of Memphis.
“Personally, I think I’m doing so well because he’s that good that our opponents are constantly having to keep an eye on him. This creates space for me, for other midfielders.

“He makes the players around him better. He’s a striker now but he does much more than score goals – he makes things happen, he gets assists. We’re very lucky to have him
He obviously didn’t really cut it when he was at Manchester United a few years ago.
And it’s for that reason that Depay might be very keen for another crack at the Premier League.
