Striker Andrea Belotti, who was recently linked with Newcastle United, seems set to leave Torino as a free agent following comments by the club’s president.
The Italy international’s current deal expires at the end of the season, and it could be that he finally moves on.

Belotti has been with Torino since 2015 after joining from Parma, and has been a huge success for the club.
In 246 appearances he has plundered 110 goals, and also made 28 assists.
His goals have helped keep Torino in Serie A, and has sported the captain’s armband since 2017.
But it would seem Belotti could now be ready for pastures new, with Urbano Cairo talking in a way that would suggest no extension at Torino is imminent.
The president said, as quoted by Fabrizio Romano: “Andrea Belotti’s contract runs out in June – so maybe he has already signed a contract with another club.
“Maybe it already happened – but I don’t think so.”

Belotti was the subject of interest from Newcastle earlier this year, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
Newcastle have been linked with a host of names over the past months.
It is inevitable that the club will splash the cash this summer. But it is important for the club to be able to find those bargain deals.
Signing Belotti on a free would certainly be just that.
Andrea Belotti would be an excellent free signing for Newcastle
Belotti is a physical striker who could be perfectly suited to the Premier League.
He’s had a good goal record in Serie A. And that’s despite not playing for one of the bigger teams in the division.

He might be a little similar to Wood in terms of play style.
And he’s also a similar age to both Wood and Callum Wilson.
But he knows where the goal is, and could be a brilliant option for Eddie Howe.
It could be that Belotti has already decided which club he is joining. Or perhaps Cairo is simply saying he is definitely moving on.
Hopefully, Newcastle end up landing him.
