Newcastle will head to Old Trafford on Boxing Day level on points with Manchester United.
The Magpies joined the Red Devils on 25 points after beating Crystal Palace, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side were unable to regain their three point advantage on Sunday.

His side shockingly lost to Watford at Vicarage Road, with the Premier League’s bottom side picking up just their second win of the season.
The result is a shocker for Solskjaer, who is under pressure once again having proved some doubters wrong with wins over Tottenham and Manchester City. He’s struggled against the weaker teams in the division though, which should give us a lot of hope ahead of the game.
Last time Newcastle and Manchester United met, it was Steve Bruce’s side who secured all three points courtesy of a dream debut from Matty Longstaff.

And with the two sides set to face off again on Boxing Day, some Red Devils fans aren’t confident about getting a result.
