The exit door looms for Newcastle’s misfit striker Joselu, as a move to La Liga outfit Alaves looks all but done, according to reports.

While he never looked up to scratch in the Premier League, often struggling to make an impact in games, and not able to find the net consistently, he always gave everything for the black and white shirt.
His ability is questionable, his attitude is not.
Newcastle fans pride themselves on wanting players at the club who would ‘run through walls’ for the badge. That Joselu simply was not good enough, is not his fault. But when he was on the pitch, he busted a gut for the team.

Something needs to be done regarding the manager and playing staff, or soon, all the top targets will be gone, and we will be left with another sub-standard, bargain-bin forward to come in and fill a gap that he is simply not capable of.
