Tonight’s game between Newcastle United and Norwich is huge.
It’s 20th vs 19th. Two relegation favourites going head-to-head in a clichéd six-pointer.
Newcastle arguably need the points more. The Magpies haven’t won all season, and have a horrendous run of fixtures coming up in December.
Meanwhile, things are looking a little rosier for the Canaries. They’ve changed manager too, replacing Daniel Farke with Dean Smith.
And the change of manager has led to a change of fortunes, with Norwich picking up four points from Smith’s first two games in charge.

The atmosphere inside St James’ Park should be electric tonight.
COVID delayed Eddie Howe’s first home game as boss, meaning tonight will be his debut in front of the home crowd.
He got a wonderful welcome against Brentford despite not being there. There was a great Wor Flags display, while fans sung Howe’s name throughout the 90 minutes.
The noise should go up even more now the manager is set to be on the touchline.
But Newcastle have to be wary of Norwich. They’ve received a real lift since appointing Smith, and will have a newfound confidence at St James’ Park.
Whichever way tonight goes could go a long way in deciding who stays up and who goes down this season.
