Newcastle United’s home of St. James’ Park is one of the best stadiums in football and here’s where you can stay if you’re visiting.

St. James’ Park is the iconic home of Newcastle United and has been since 1892.

With a capacity of 52,264, it is the 10th biggest football stadium in England.

‘The Cathedral on the Hill’ is one of the few stadiums in England located right in the heart of the city, making it a unique and special place to watch football, adored by every Toon fan.

Away fans aren’t the biggest fans of it, though, given they are seated at the furthest reaches of the Leazes End, which takes 14 flights of stairs to get to and doesn’t provide a great view of the action.

Yet, an away day in Newcastle remains a highlight of the fixture calendar and here’s where travelling fans can stay over in the city.
