Newcastle United are now just a point above the relegation zone.

The Magpies failed to beat West Bromwich Albion today, with the game finishing 0-0 at the Hawthorns.

Fulham then managed to topple Liverpool 1-0 at Anfield to inflict a sixth straight defeat at home on the Reds.

The form of Tosin Adarabioyo and Joachim Andersen has been excellent, and the team are giving themselves every chance of staying up.

Scott Parker is really giving it his all, and midfielder Harrison Reed had some comments that struck a chord with Newcastle supporters after their game.

He said on Sky Sports after the game: “We’ve got a manager who wants to win every game. We came here and he never said we want to get a point, it was to come and win.”
