Some people close to Newcastle United initially scoffed at the idea of having a group photo after a victory.
The Magpies are currently on a superb run, and have just recorded another victory over Brighton.

They won 2-1 on Saturday without playing particularly well, and it’s now eight games unbeaten in the Premier League.
The result means Newcastle are now seven points clear of the relegation zone.
Eddie Howe has undoubtedly completely changed the culture at Newcastle.
As good as he has been tactically, the former Bournemouth coach has been working hard to unite the dressing room after an awful start to the season under Steve Bruce.
Something we have begun to see recently is the Newcastle squad taking group photos after a victory.
Fans have been loving seeing the team and all the staff all revelling in victory. It certainly shows a real togetherness.
The idea is part of Howe’s desire to have the players acknowledging and applauding supporters regardless of the scoreline.
It is Howe’s idea to commemorate victories by way of a big group photo, something he would do at Bournemouth.
Interestingly, a report from The Athletic claims that this was an idea that some people weren’t too keen on in the beginning.
Apparently, some people close to the club ‘scoffed’ at the idea given Newcastle’s achievement was small at the time.
But gradually, those skeptics have been won round. Now, having that victorious group photo is something to strive towards.
Culture change is one Howe’s biggest achievements at Newcastle so far
It is interesting to read that a few people weren’t on board with the group photo idea in the beginning.
But it’s great that everyone now looks forward to potentially having their photo taken.
It is all about creating that togetherness and unity within the dressing room.

Newcastle’s great run in the league will eventually come to an end and these photos won’t always be appropriate.
But Howe has made it something for the players and his staff to strive for.
It is a great thing that the dressing room now seems to be so united after previous reports of disharmony within the camp.
