Eddie Howe has firmly established himself as one of the best managers in the Premier League.
Leading Newcastle United back into the Champions League (almost at least) as well as a domestic cup final, during his first full season at the club, the former Bournemouth manager has defied expectations.
Nominated for the Premier League Manager of the Year Award for a reason, Newcastle fans will surely feel they are in safe hands as they prepare for another European adventure.

Indeed, it seems Howe is making an impact on some of his managerial rivals.
Pep Guardiola calls Howe a genius
Manchester City chief Pep Guardiola is a rival for the Manager of the Year gong.
While few could argue with the City boss potentially winning it after sealing a third Premier League title in a row, Guardiola appears to have hinted he could in fact learn something from Howe.
During an interview with Sky Sports, it was put to the City boss that Howe tends to arrive at Newcastle’s training ground at 6am.
Guardiola then replied (via Football Daily): “I arrive late… later than six! 6am?! That is genius. No, at 6am, I’m in bed. I love a sleep, so I’m not there.
“But I think all managers, we arrive early on, that’s for sure, and prepare training sessions and stay as long as you need.”
Howe’s relentless work ethic is what is driving Newcastle United
The Magpies boss has completely transformed the squad due to a relentless drive.

Ever since his appointment, it has been a tale of constant improvement and no challenge has been too great. They have reached a Wembley final and look destined to be playing Champions League next season, things fans could only have dreamed out up until recently.
Those early mornings are certainly paying off…
