Newcastle United-linked Yves Bissouma has reportedly told Brighton he wants to leave the club this summer.
According to a report from 90min, the Mail international has informed Seagulls officials that he is looking to move on from the Amex Stadium ahead of the 2022/23 season.

Bissouma joined the south coast club back in 2018 from Lille, and has become a key player for the club.
The star has wowed with his all-action displays in midfield.
Fans have really taken to him, but it seems the player is ready to start a new chapter in his career.
90min say the holding midfielder is ready to move on now, with his contract expiring in the summer of 2023.
Interestingly, Newcastle are mentioned within the report as having watched Bissouma.
This comes after the Magpies were first linked in January.

A number of clubs are keen on the 25-year-old dynamo, with Arsenal and Aston Villa both considering summer moves.
Back in January, The Athletic reported that Brighton wanted around £50 million for the star.
When the summer window opens, his valuation will be nowhere near that figure since he’ll only have one year remaining on his contract.
Newcastle should keep an eye on Yves Bissouma situation
So it seems Bissouma has now informed club officials of his desire to leave the club.
That now puts them under a bit of extra pressure to offload him.
The last thing they want is to be keeping hold of a player who doesn’t want to be there. It rules out him signing a contract extension, and so his value would only drop further.

Newcastle should keep monitoring Bissouma in the run up to summer.
He’s a player who could seriously elevate the quality of the Newcastle midfield for 2022/23. He would potentially be very exciting indeed playing alongside Joelinton.
Ian Wright previously branded Bissouma sensational (via Wrighty’s House Podcast) and Alan Shearer was also impressed with him following his performance against Liverpool at the start of the season, stating he worked ‘tirelessly’.
