Newcastle United fans have been left raging by the news that Steve Bruce is currently on holiday.
The Magpies boss has jetted off to Portugal, according to the Daily Mail’s Craig Hope.

The move comes despite Newcastle getting off to an awful start in 2021/22.
The club are yet to win this season and have taken one point from their first three matches in the Premier League.
Bruce’s side have also been dumped out of the Carabao Cup already by Burnley.
It also comes after the club frustrated supporters further on transfer deadline day, when the only incoming was young Mexican striker Santiago Munoz on loan from Santos Laguna.
Hamza Choudhury and Boubacar Kamara were heavily linked. But neither joined in the end.
One would think that a manager who has overseen a start as bad as this would be doing his utmost to get things sorted.
Perhaps extra training sessions. Or some brainstorming with his coaches about tactics. Maybe even some dissecting of the four games so far.
But with Newcastle already crying out for general improvement, Bruce has instead gone to Portugal.
It is an absolutely awful look, and even more reason to fear for Newcastle’s status as a Premier League club.
