Despite being so reliable this season, Clark was particularly poor at the Amex. His tame attempt to stop Leandro Trossard cutting in on his right foot gave Brighton the lead late in the first half.

Aleksandar Mitrovic won the game for Serbia, with his second half brace turning the game around.

Not only is Mitrovic a former Newcastle player, but he’s currently at Fulham.
