Newcastle winger Kenedy has some work to do following two dismal performances.
The on-loan Chelsea star has unfortunately made a poor start to the new season.
The 22-year-old had a great chance to score against Tottenham on the opening day of the season, missed a penalty a week later against Cardiff and was then ineligible of course against parent club Chelsea.

The Brazilian was recalled to the side on Wednesday to face Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup.
One might have hoped for a more spirited and determined performance from Kenedy.

But it wasn’t to be, as the forward struggled to make assured touches and conjure an end product.
At times during the 3-1 defeat, Kenedy simply looked as though he was still on a pre-season holiday.
He didn’t appear to care as much as he perhaps should have, and he was at fault for the third Forest goal.

These are troubling times for Newcastle fans, whose support last night was unquestionable once again.
There are very few players in the side that are playing well right now.
Kenedy has been one of the worst of a bad bunch, and it’s time for him to show some character.
He has bags of ability, as evidenced in glimpses last term.

Magpies supporters know what he is capable of, and he needs to knuckle down in training before he loses his starting spot.
The team need him on form. Kenedy has quality where some players in the squad simply don’t.
It’s natural for him to have suffered a knock to his confidence after the Cardiff game, but it’s time for him to take some responsibility and give the fans the performances they deserve to be watching.
