Newcastle fans have taken to Twitter to react after watching a nine-second clip of Rodrigo Vilca.
The video in question shows the Magpies new boy bending an inch-perfect freekick into the top left corner, while warming up before Newcastle’s Under-23 side took on Fulham.
The young Magpies managed to come from behind to grab a 2-1 win over the Cottagers, as Steve Bruce watched from the stands according to The Chronicle.

If Bruce happened to have made his way to his seat in time, then we’re sure he would’ve enjoyed seeing Vilca’s fine freekick.
There may not have been a wall in the way, but the Peruvian’s effort hit the bar and bounced in – not many goalkeepers would save a shot like that, regardless of the environment it’s scored in.
The Under-23 affair was Vilca’s first taste of action since sealing a move from Deportivo Municipal, a deal which cost the Tynesiders a fee of just £200,000 according to The Chronicle.
He didn’t score one of Newcastle’s goals against Fulham, but if we were to go off his pre-match set-piece, then the 21-year-old looks to have excellent technical ability.

Should he manage to build up his slender frame, then we could have a player on our hands.
