Euro 2024 is upon us, which means some Newcastle United stars will be jetting off with their international sides. Here are their group stage fixtures, kick-off times, how to watch in the UK and more.
The European Championship is upon us, which means certain Magpies stars will be swapping St James’ Park for Germany over the next month, hoping they can bring home the elusive trophy for their country.
There will be a few huge Newcastle names not present. Sweden did not qualify, meaning Alexander Isak will not be travelling, while Nick Pope and Tino Livramento, among others, didn’t get a look in for the England squad.
They now obtain a well-earned rest, unlike these four stars. Here, Geordie Boot Boys takes you through each player, their group games and more.

Anthony Gordon and Kieran Trippier have both been included in Gareth Southgate’s 26-man squad and definitely have a shot of making the starting XI.
They feature in Group C for the Three Lions, with England taking on Serbia, Denmark and Slovenia in the hopes of bringing football home for the first time since 1966.
Fabian Schar (Switzerland)

| June 23 | 8:00 p.m. | Switzerland vs. Germany | Frankfurt Arena | BBC |
Fabian Schar is heading to Euro 2024 with Switzerland, in what is probably his last-ever European Championship.
He faces the tough task of Group A, which includes host nation Germany, alongside Hungary and Scotland.
Martin Dubravka (Slovakia)

The fourth and final player embarking onto Germany is Slovakian shot-stopper Martin Dubravka. The 35-year-old will be competing with Fulham’s Marek Rodak for their number one spot.
He finds himself in Group E, with Belgium, Ukraine and Romania. It’s uncertain as to whether he’ll get minutes under Francesco Calzona.
