With all the top quality English talent Newcastle United have been bringing in it won’t be long before the England side is dominated by Magpies.
As things stand Newcastle have Nick Pope, Kieran Trippier and Callum Wilson who are regularly called upon by Gareth Southgate to represent England.
However, there are several other players on the cusp right now like Anthony Gordon and Joe Willock, and even more with future potential. A report in inews has highlighted Tino Livramento as one the England scouts already have their eye on.
Livramento has been earmarked as Trippier’s England successor
Even before his £32million move to Newcastle, 20-year-old Tino Livramento was already being discussed as a future England star before his big injury setback that kept him out of action for almost all of last season.
Now he’s back to full fitness and massively impressing in his full debut for Newcastle, the talk of England has resurfaced.

Inews has reported: “There was also a maturity about his understanding of the game that bodes well for club and country, where England scouts have earmarked him as a potential successor to club-mate [Kieran] Trippier and the ageless Kyle Walker.”
Newcastle have plenty of young English talent ready to step up
Newcastle identified Livramento as the perfect replacement for Trippier so it would make sense for the England camp to think the same way.

Whether he gets his shot this season will likely depend on how much football he plays for Newcastle – although that doesn’t seem to apply for Harry Maguire and Kalvin Phillips, but don’t get me started on that.
Along with Lewis Hall, Lewis Miley, and with Elliot Anderson still undecided on his allegiance, there’s potential for a very Newcastle-heavy England squad in the future.
