Newcastle United youngster Elliot Anderson has posted on Instagram after scoring for the U23s on Monday night.
The talented teenager played for 90 minutes for the first time since recovering from a hip injury.

That sidelined him for four months, which probably scuppered his chances of heading out somewhere on loan.
Interest in Anderson was high following a strong of impressive performances for the U23s last term.
He also made his first-team debut against Arsenal in the FA Cup.
Fans were hoping he’d be able to kick on from that.
But Steve Bruce regularly overlooked Anderson in favour of more experienced options.

The club were in a precarious position, which was likely the reason Anderson made just one cameo appearance in the Premier League after his debut – again against Arsenal.
Hopefully Anderson is able to get back into the first-team picture before too long.
The fact he scored his first goal since his injury against Stoke City should given him a boost in confidence.
Anderson marked the occasion by posting on social media.
He wrote ‘First 90. Back on the scoresheet’ complete with a delighted face emoji, no less.
