Newcastle winger Allan Saint-Maximin has urged the club to sign more players like Arsenal loan star Joe Willock, during an interview with Sky Sports.
The 21-year-old has been a revelation since checking in at St James’ Park during the summer transfer window.
Willock has scored in the last five matches he has played in and has really shone as an integral part of Steve Bruce’s team.

Newcastle’s form over the last month earned Bruce the Manager of the Month accolade – with Saint-Maximin’s return clearly important.
Speaking ahead of next season, the French speed merchant has urged Newcastle to prioritise more players akin to the Gunners star.
He told Sky Sports: “We have to buy more players like Joe Willock, he can be really great for the team and for me, I am 24-years-old and have to think about the national team, about winning trophies – and I hope the club can give me that.
“My relationship with Joe is good inside and outside the pitch, and you can see how that helps a team when you have players like that – like Harry Kane and Son Heung-min at Tottenham.”
Can Newcastle sign Willock?
Supporters – and Steve Bruce – will certainly hope so.
He’s made a remarkable impact at the club since checking in from Arsenal and he should be a priority in the summer.
Keeping Saint-Maximin happy is a useful thing to do and it would seem as though he quite enjoys playing with Willock.
Fabrizio Romano has recently stated it might take £30 million to prise him away from the Emirates Stadium.

Even at that price, he’d represent good value for money and Newcastle must show the relevant ambition this summer.
Willock is young, has bags of potential and is clearly enjoying his football at St James’ Park.
That counts for a lot and if Bruce can keep the smile on the youngster’s face and add even more quality, a good season could lie in store during 2021/22.
