Newcastle United are safe, but their season isn’t over yet.
The Magpies face Manchester City on Friday, who secured the title on Tuesday night.
They were crowned champions without even playing, with Leicester’s win over Manchester United ensuring Pep Guardiola’s side couldn’t be caught.
Manchester City have been unstoppable this season, and still have a Champions League final to look forward to.

But who will Steve Bruce pick as he looks to topple the new Premier League champions?
Ciaran Clark to return
Ciaran Clark missed Newcastle’s win over Leicester last week.
The defender was only fit enough for the bench, with Emil Krafth taking his place.
The 26-year-old did well, but Clark is still the superior centre-back.

If he’s fit enough, he has to start. That will force Federico Fernandez slightly wider, after playing in the middle of the back three against Leicester.
Joelinton replaces Wilson
Newcastle will definitely be without Callum Wilson against Manchester City.
The striker scored twice in the 4-2 win over Leicester, but also picked up a hamstring injury. The club have confirmed that he will now miss the rest of the season.
This hands a big opportunity to Joelinton. The Brazilian had been playing well before Wilson’s return, and seems the most likely to take his place.

The record signing has got three Premier League goals this season, and will hope to add to his tally before the season ends.
However, he might struggle against the champions.
Predicted XI to face Manchester City: Dubravka; Murphy, Fernandez, Clark, Dummett, Ritchie; Willock, Shelvey, Almiron; Saint-Maximin, Joelinton.
