Alan Brazil has now predicted who will win this weekend between Newcastle United and Manchester United in the Premier League.

Having draw with PSG this week and beaten Chelsea on the weekend, the Magpies are in good form despite the huge number of injuries Eddie Howe now has in the squad.

And speaking on TalkSport, pundit Brazil, alongside Ally McCoisthas now tipped Newcastle to get the business done at St. James Park against the Red Devils.

Brazil said on Newcastle’s upcoming clash against United: “I make Newcastle the favourites there. It’s the work rate, they work for each other, the team spirit and set up is so good.”

McCoist added: “He can’t freshen it up, this is the problem. I’m telling you, watching that game last night, the effort those lads put in was absolutely incredible. You can see him looking at his bench thinking he is going to have to give them a hand.”

To which Brazil replied: “But it’s the same for United tonight. They have a tough game and have they got a great bench?”

Newcastle United should feel confident against Manchester United

Having already beaten United this season in the League Cup, a Premier League clash at St. James Park could be a walk in the park for Newcastle this weekend.

Whilst the Red Devils are finally showing some good form despite some embarrassing results, Newcastle will have the confidence that they can once again gain three points in the league.

Indeed, the injustice of yesterday’s draw will have Newcastle’s squad fired up for Saturday, with another Premier League scalp potentially on the cards.

And with St. James Park becoming one of the hardest grounds in the Premier League, United could be in for a hard fixture on the weekend.
