Ryan Fraser is having the season of his life.

The Scottish winger has become a Premier League regular in recent seasons for Bournemouth, proving to be a crucial player in their free-flowing attack.

Alongside Josh King and Callum Wilson, Fraser rounds off the trio considered the Aldi version of Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mo Salah.

According to the Chronicle, Newcastle have been watching the 25-year-old ahead of the summer transfer window.

It’s obvious that Newcastle need to improve their options out wide, and the Cherries midfielder would be a fantastic signing.

He’s been linked with bigger clubs than Newcastle though. Earlier this month it was reported that Arsenal were keen on bringing Fraser to the Emirates, which is a testament to how good he’s been this season.

Fraser is lightening quick and a nightmare for defenders, as he has proved both times we’ve played Bournemouth this season. He was inches away from scoring the opener at Dean Court the other week.

It would be a real coup if the Magpies could convince him to move to the North East.
